How long does shipping take?

All orders are carefully prepared and shipped from Portugal. Once your order has been dispatched, delivery usually takes:

  • Portugal: 1–2 business days
  • Spain: 1–3 business days
  • Rest of Europe: 2–4 business days
  • United States: 4–7 business days

You will receive an email with your tracking details as soon as your order is dispatched.

During busy periods or for personalized items, preparation may take slightly longer, as each piece is prepared with care before shipping.

Can I return my order?

Standard jewelry pieces can be returned within 15 days after delivery, as long as they are unused, unworn and returned in their original condition and packaging.

Can personalized items be returned?

Personalized pieces are made especially for you and cannot be returned or exchanged unless there is a production issue, defect or mistake on our side.

Can I see the design before engraving?

Yes. If you select the design preview option, our team will prepare your artwork and send it for approval before engraving.

We only move forward with production once the design is ready to be engraved.

How should I care for my jewelry?

To keep your piece looking beautiful, avoid direct contact with perfumes, creams, chlorine and harsh chemicals.

Store your jewelry separately in a dry place when not in use.

Do you offer warranty?

Yes. Every personalized jewelry piece includes a lifetime warranty on the engraving.

If the engraving fades under normal use, please contact us with your order number and clear photos so our team can assess the issue.

The warranty does not cover normal wear of the gold-plated finish, scratches, accidental damage, loss or misuse.

What happens if my item arrives damaged or incorrect?
