How long does shipping take?
All orders are carefully prepared and shipped from Portugal. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email with your tracking details.
During busy periods or for personalized items, preparation may take slightly longer, as each piece is prepared with care before shipping.
Can I return my order?
Standard jewelry pieces can be returned within 30 days after delivery, as long as they are unused, unworn and returned in their original condition and packaging.
Can personalized items be returned?
Personalized pieces are made especially for you and cannot be returned or exchanged unless there is a production issue, defect or mistake on our side.
Can I see the design before engraving?
Yes. If you select the design preview option, our team will prepare your artwork and send it for approval before engraving.
We only move forward with production once the design is ready to be engraved.
Are your pieces 18K gold plated?
Our standard jewelry pieces are finished with a premium 18K gold plated layer, designed for everyday elegance, shine and meaningful wear.

How should I care for my jewelry?
To keep your piece looking beautiful, avoid direct contact with perfumes, creams, chlorine and harsh chemicals.

Do you offer warranty?
Yes. Our personalized jewelry includes a lifetime warranty against normal wear of the finish.
This warranty applies to personalized items only and covers wear-related issues according to our warranty policy.
What happens if my item arrives damaged or incorrect?
If your item arrives damaged, defective or different from what you ordered, please contact us with your order number and clear photos of the issue.
